How do I analyse responses?

By monitoring your dashboard, you can see when surveys are being completed. When a survey has received all respondents completed surveys, you can now move to the analysis stage. Wait until you're satisfied with the number of survey responses before generating your AI analysis for consistency. To review responses, follow this process: Find the appropriate survey tile from the Surveys page. Click on the eye icon to review the survey details. Average ratings for scorable questions/statements are shown in the Questions tab. A list of participants and response status is available in the Participants tab. To manually review and download in Word format, all the survey responses, click the Responses tab. The use of AI in analysing responses is optional. If you wish to use the AI functionality, continue with the following process.
